Late check-outs can be requested and will be granted based on availability.
All Suites Are Non-Smoking
A cleaning fee of $450 is applicable if any evidence of smoking inside is discovered upon check-out.
Pets
We are happy to welcome your sweet pup in three of our suites: Islander, Palmetto, and Fern. Please note there is an additional charge of $100, with a maximum of two pets/room. We also ask that all pets be under 40 lbs.
Room Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy. Each adult over two guests will be charged an additional $25 per person per night (with the exception of children under 12). Most rooms have a two-person max, unless noted otherwise.
Parking
Complimentary, off-street parking is located onsite.
Quiet Enjoyment
We honor quiet hours between 9 PM - 9 AM. Any violations of the quiet enjoyment of other guest is subject to a fee based on the damages.
